What you’ll bring:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience or strong interest working with elementary-aged children
  • Understanding of IEP documentation, evaluations, and intervention planning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with school teams, students, and families
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

What you’ll do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate records per school and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each student’s unique learning journey
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary discussions, and deliver progress updates
  • Adapt interventions to engage young learners and celebrate milestone progress
