Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • School-based experience working with PreK population highly desired
  • Familiarity with IEP process and therapy documentation standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, staff, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for PreK students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services in individual and small group settings
  • Monitor and document student progress; update goals as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student support teams
  • Communicate proactively with educators and parents regarding student needs and successes
  • Maintain accurate, timely reports and records in accordance with district and state requirements
