Step into a meaningful opportunity to support K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite contract position begins in August 2026 and ends in May 2027, serving a diverse student population and collaborating closely with educators and families to ensure every learner’s voice is heard and understood.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience in a school-based environment preferred
  • Accomplished in designing, implementing, and evaluating speech and language therapy plans for K-12 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work alongside teachers, administrators, and family members
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students across various age groups and abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment strategies aligned to each student’s IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress, evaluations, and meetings
  • Consult with faculty and families to offer training, resources, and progress updates
  • Engage actively in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student achievement
  • Create a positive, encouraging environment that supports students’ communication growth
