Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidacy
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy and assess speech/language needs for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with other educators and related service professionals
  • Provide both in-person and indirect consultative services as required
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation to support student progress
