Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Arizona State Speech-Language Pathology License
  • SLP Educator Certificate (required)
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (current and valid)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous experience in schools or working with preschool populations preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable performing both direct therapy and evaluations, with flexibility to manage varying caseloads

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to preschool students and participate in Child Find evaluations
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, write evaluation reports, and collaborate in IEP meetings
  • Develop and implement therapy plans that address students’ unique speech and language needs
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to promote students’ success
  • Manage diverse caseload assignments, ranging from high evaluation to therapy loads, based on current program needs
