Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and individualized therapy planning
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt sessions to diverse student needs and learning styles

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individual and group therapy sessions based on IEP goals
