Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings, including teletherapy preferred
  • Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs for PreK students
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in PreK students
  • Design and deliver individualized therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, progress monitoring, and compliance with regulatory documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student intervention planning
  • Communicate effectively with families, supporting student growth and generalization of skills

Compensation & Perks: The hourly rate for this role ranges from $50-$70, based on experience. Additionally, you will have the satisfaction of directly impacting students’ growth in a positive, culturally rich environment.
