Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC or eligibility for CFY
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy modalities
- Familiarity with mild/moderate disabilities and experience managing a larger elementary caseload
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy to elementary-aged students in SDC classrooms
- Collaborate with teachers, SLPA, and support staff to design and implement tailored intervention plans
- Offer guidance for classroom communication strategies and ensure compliance with school and district guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings alongside school teams
- Utilize SLPA support effectively to maximize student outcomes
