Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience with school-based therapy and working with elementary-aged students
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcome
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing both direct and indirect services as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized therapy sessions to elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate records within set timelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews as related to student needs
