Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students across multiple educational settings in the Burnsville, NC area. This full-time position calls for two Speech-Language Pathologists to provide direct therapy services for a diverse caseload of 40-50 students, spanning PreK through 12th grade. With a broad reach across six school sites and 3-4 private locations, this role offers variety, professional challenge, and the chance to make a tangible impact.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active ASHA CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Pediatric experience, especially in educational or healthcare-related settings
  • Familiarity working within school-based SLP programs and with diverse student populations
  • Strong skills in both individualized and group therapy
  • Experience or confidence managing caseloads without SLPA support
  • Comfort providing onsite services across multiple locations
  • Proficient in documentation, IEP development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Teletherapy experience is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a caseload of 40-50 students
  • Serve students in PreK-12th grade, adapting interventions to varying needs and settings
  • Travel to assigned school sites and private locations within the region
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and contribute to IEPs
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes for compliance and reporting
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
  • Work independently—no SLPA or paraprofessional support is provided

This onsite, school-year contract provides stable, full-time hours (37.5/week) with a competitive compensation rate of $40-47 per hour.
