Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting diverse student populations
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify student needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students aged pre-K through high school
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services in group and one-on-one sessions
- Collaborating with teachers, special educators, and families to ensure holistic student support
- Maintaining accurate documentation to meet state and federal compliance guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
