The caseload features a dynamic mix of elementary, middle, and high school students, supporting a variety of speech and language needs and collaborating with passionate educators and families.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based experience is valued but not required; new graduates are welcomed
  • Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for K-12 students with varied communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Participate in meetings with parents, teachers, and educational staff to align supports and strategies
  • Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Offer guidance and resources to families and teams to enrich student progress and participation
