Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience is valued but not required; new graduates are welcomed
- Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for K-12 students with varied communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in meetings with parents, teachers, and educational staff to align supports and strategies
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Offer guidance and resources to families and teams to enrich student progress and participation
