Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcome—clinical fellows are encouraged!)
• Experience with or passion for K-12 student caseloads
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving student needs
• Ability to create positive, inclusive therapy sessions
• Dedication to evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of student speech/language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collect and document data for student progress and compliance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Engage in parent meetings, staff consultations, and school-based support initiatives
• Provide accurate, timely case notes and reports
• Foster an encouraging, compassionate environment for all students
