A rewarding Speech-Language Pathologist contract opportunity is open for the 2025–2026 school year, supporting primarily elementary students—with some high school involvement—within a K-12 educational setting near Baldwinsville, NY. The contract spans September to June, with a structured caseload of approximately 28 students. You’ll partner with educators and families to champion speech and language progress, fostering an inclusive and collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to inform individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver direct, student-centered therapy tailored to diverse needs
  • Collaborate with school staff to implement accommodations and classroom modifications
  • Monitor student progress and refine interventions for optimal outcomes
  • Engage actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to goal development
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and resources

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible state SLP license
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred
  • CCC-SLP certification highly desirable
  • Proficient communicator and collaborative team member
  • Solid understanding of IEP documentation and educational best practices
