Your caseload will include approximately 28 students, where you’ll provide individualized care and advocate for their success. The school calendar allows for scheduled hours and vacations, ensuring your work-life balance throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing custom therapy plans
  • Delivering direct speech and language therapy tailored to each student
  • Collaborating with teachers and school staff to ensure proper accommodations
  • Tracking progress and refining interventions for optimal outcomes
  • Actively engaging in IEP meetings to shape student goals
  • Supporting and advising families on strategies for home and school

Ideal qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain
  • Prior experience working with students is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with IEP procedures and pertinent educational regulations

This position provides guaranteed hours at a competitive hourly pay ranging from $48 to $58, along with eligibility for healthcare benefits, housing support, and meal/incidentals stipends.
