Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
  • Valid state licensure as required
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other service providers

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions—both individual and group—to enhance students’ language, speech, and social-pragmatic skills
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to integrate speech goals into classroom activities
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer support and resources to families, empowering them to reinforce strategies at home
