What we're seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Missouri SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families
- Passion for fostering student achievement and well-being
What you’ll do:
- Deliver comprehensive, in-person speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop plans of care, and maintain progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Schedule and manage a 32.5-hour workweek across two school buildings
- Consult with teachers and staff to support student communication needs
- Engage parents and guardians in their children’s communication development
