Speech-Language Pathologist in Ballwin, MO

What we're seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Missouri SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families
• Passion for fostering student achievement and well-being

What you’ll do:

• Deliver comprehensive, in-person speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop plans of care, and maintain progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Schedule and manage a 32.5-hour workweek across two school buildings
• Consult with teachers and staff to support student communication needs
• Engage parents and guardians in their children’s communication development
