Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC credentials
• Active Maryland licensure and certification
• Experience working within schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Enthusiasm and compassion for supporting student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop best practices for student progress
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
• Foster an encouraging and inclusive environment for students
