Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Current Maryland SLP licensure and relevant certifications (CCC required)
  • Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a school environment
  • Create individualized therapy plans to address each student’s unique needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
