What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Maryland SLP licensure and appropriate certifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school-based settings preferred, with a passion for pediatric therapy
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech therapy services to a caseload of approximately 22 students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and document progress according to district and state guidelines
- Serve as a key resource for staff and parents, helping to foster a positive learning environment
- Engage in ongoing professional development
