What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Maryland SLP licensure and appropriate certifications
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred, with a passion for pediatric therapy
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide speech therapy services to a caseload of approximately 22 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and document progress according to district and state guidelines
  • Serve as a key resource for staff and parents, helping to foster a positive learning environment
  • Engage in ongoing professional development
