A contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver exceptional onsite services to students in a supportive public school setting near Baltimore, MD. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in pediatric speech therapy and thrives working as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold current ASHA CCC’s for at least 1 year
  • Possess an active professional license to practice
  • Minimum 1 year of IEP experience in a pediatric or school-based environment
  • Availability for at least 10 hours per week
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative teamwork
  • Self-motivated, organized, and skilled in problem-solving and time management
  • Comfort with technology, willingness to learn new software, complete digital documentation, and engage in basic troubleshooting

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech-language pathology services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and other clinicians to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using digital platforms
  • Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse student needs
  • Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
