Key Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland SLP license (required)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply
  • Experience in school-based settings or a strong interest in working with K-12 students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to providing onsite services for the 2026-2027 school year

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapeutic services to students with a variety of communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and district guidelines
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, special educators, and support staff to foster student success
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation as required by school policy and best practice
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences to support comprehensive student care
  • Travel between assigned school locations within the district as scheduled
