Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold a valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred but will consider Clinical Fellowship Year applicants
  • Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly favored
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a diverse caseload of students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, evaluations, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and professional development activities
  • Offer consultation and training for staff and parents to maximize effectiveness of interventions
  • Adapt therapy techniques and strategies to meet each child’s unique needs
