Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Baltimore, MD

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Maryland SLP license (required)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience in school settings is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work onsite and travel between local school sites if needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication support to students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational goals
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation in compliance with district protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Support students’ progress, using evidence-based interventions and strategies

School Assignments & Schedules:

• Wilde Lake High School: 4 days/week (with goal of 5 days/week onsite)
• Forest Ridge Elementary: 4 days/week (with goal of 5 days/week onsite)
• Hammond Middle School: 3 days/week
