Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Maine SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Enthusiastic communicator, collaborative team member, and advocate for student success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and related school-based activities
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy
