Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license or eligibility to obtain a Wisconsin SLP credential
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a school setting, working with K-12 students, highly desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, therapy, and support for students identified with communication disorders, individualized to meet each student’s needs
- Develop and implement IEPs compliant with school and state guidelines
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services, assessments, and progress notes
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a resource for speech and language development
- Use data-driven interventions, monitor student progress, and adjust plans as needed
