This position is flexible, accommodating both in-person and teletherapy services, and welcomes SLP professionals at all stages, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school settings
  • Comfortable providing direct and consultative services virtually and in-person
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative spirit and passion for supporting diverse student needs

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized therapy plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver tailored therapy sessions—onsite or remotely—to address students’ unique goals
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and progress with caregivers and staff
  • Keep timely, accurate records and contribute to student progress reports
  • Stay engaged with ongoing professional development and best practices in school-based SLP
