Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with pediatric populations or within school settings is highly valued
- Proficiency in teletherapy delivery and onsite services for flexibility in student support
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Open to both credentialed SLPs and SLPAs with school-based experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to K-5 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on each student’s unique needs
- Provide therapy services both in-person and remotely, as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to maximize student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions, goals, and student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
