School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Barre, Vermont

Available roles include a maternity leave assignment (August 19, 2026 – October 31, 2026) and a part-time contract (August 19, 2026 – July 14, 2027). Both opportunities provide guaranteed hours and compensation for both direct and indirect services, ensuring your contributions are recognized and valued.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience in a school setting working with K-12 students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor plans for diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to a K-12 caseload
• Document progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• No additional district duties (no bus or parent pickup assignments)
