Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Bartlesville, OK

This contract role is perfect for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) passionate about making a difference through direct onsite services. Located a short drive from Bartlesville, this assignment offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload in a supportive educational setting.

The role serves approximately 51 students, collaborating closely with three speech paraprofessionals and one paperwork para. This team-based model ensures you have the assistance necessary to focus on impactful therapy and student progress. The onsite position spans 3 to 4 days per week, aligning with a full-time schedule for the 2026 - 2027 academic year. Please note that teletherapy options are not available at this time.

Key qualifications and experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Strong background working with pediatric populations
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and best practices for educational SLPs
• Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• CFs with external supervisors encouraged to apply

Primary responsibilities:
• Assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Supervise and coordinate with support staff (speech and paperwork paraprofessionals)
• Collect and analyze data on student progress
• Participate in team meetings and school-related activities
