This is a full-time, contract opportunity supporting an elementary age group for the 2026-2027 school year. What You'll Bring:
- Current SLP license in Kansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows welcomed
- Experience with school-based SLP services or a passion for working with children
- Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload of approximately 65 students
- Ability to plan and coordinate services, splitting time between two schools
- Commitment to conducting thorough therapy sessions and evaluations
Your Role:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Conduct assessments and develop IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to ensure effective communication goals
- Flexibly organize your schedule across two sites, fostering relationships and continuity of care
- Track student progress and document results in accordance with district requirements
