What You'll Bring:

• Current SLP license in Kansas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows welcomed
• Experience with school-based SLP services or a passion for working with children
• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload of approximately 65 students
• Ability to plan and coordinate services, splitting time between two schools
• Commitment to conducting thorough therapy sessions and evaluations

Your Role:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Conduct assessments and develop IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to ensure effective communication goals
• Flexibly organize your schedule across two sites, fostering relationships and continuity of care
• Track student progress and document results in accordance with district requirements
