Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Basehor, Kansas

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Strong foundation working in school settings, particularly with elementary students
• Proficient experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and interventions
• Ability to start promptly upon successful interview and offer
• Commitment to fostering a positive, team-oriented approach to student care

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans targeting students' speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services in classroom and individual settings, both on-site and via teletherapy as needed
• Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes for each student
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, evaluations, and required reports
• Participate actively in team meetings, IEP development, and goal setting with school personnel
