Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Basehor, KS

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Basehor, Kansas for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team while helping students develop the communication skills they need to succeed in and out of the classroom.

Position Details

• Location: Basehor, KS
• Schedule: Full-Time
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Setting: Onsite, School-Based
• Caseload: Assigned based on experience and district needs

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and direct therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Provide appropriate recommendations and strategies to support student communication needs

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Kansas SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA certification or CFY eligibility
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
