This full-time, contract position is ideal for an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful difference in an educational setting. Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active and current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
  • Prior experience or strong interest working with school-based K-12 populations
  • Solid foundation in conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEPs, and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students to determine communication strengths and needs
  • Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across various grade levels
  • Monitor and document students’ progress, adjusting goals and strategies as needed
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and school staff regarding student progress and recommendations
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-based activities
