This full-time contract position runs from August 4, 2026, through May 27, 2027, and offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of bilingual Spanish-speaking students.

Successful candidates will bring strong expertise in speech-language pathology, with comfort working across pediatric and school environments. Two openings are available, allowing you to collaborate within a supportive team.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Texas SLP licensure or eligibility required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) accepted
  • Previous experience in schools, pediatric, or healthcare settings is highly valued
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 65-70 students, providing direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Engage in both on-site and virtual therapy, with a hybrid schedule (2 days remote, 2 days in-person) available for those current on therapy and testing
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support students’ overall academic success
