Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current or eligible State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- CCC-SLP certification or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working within school settings is highly valued
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and document progress
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with student IEPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Educate and consult with teachers and parents on strategies to support student speech/language development
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
