Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current or eligible State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• CCC-SLP certification or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience working within school settings is highly valued
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and document progress
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with student IEPs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Educate and consult with teachers and parents on strategies to support student speech/language development
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
