Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals for students with communication disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations for classroom strategies
