Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication objectives
• Carefully document progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, specialists, and administrative team members
• Engage families in the therapy process, offering updates and education to promote generalization of skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Active state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills and an aptitude for both independent and collaborative work
