Grades 6 - 8 Grades 9 - 12 Speech Language Pathologist in Bath, MI

In this contract position, you'll collaborate with educators and families to help students boost communication skills and reach academic goals across a variety of grade levels.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid and current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school (K-12)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Familiarity with various assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Collaborative mindset designed to work with teachers, staff, and caregivers

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students in grades K-12
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and create targeted therapy plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes per school guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
• Provide training and support to educators and family members to encourage carryover of strategies
• Adapt therapy techniques for remote or in-person service delivery as needed
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere for student growth
