Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
  • Strong knowledge of assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized student plans
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, school-based environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
  • Provide direct, evidence-based interventions in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Document services, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Support the creation of an inclusive, supportive classroom experience for all students
