Desired Qualifications:

  • Current SLP certification
  • Experience working with students in grades K-12 (K-5, 6-8, 9-12)
  • Strong understanding of IEPs and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability to diverse school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement personalized intervention plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services individually or in small groups
  • Document progress and maintain accurate student records
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to maximize student success
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
