Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or strong interest in working with students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Ability to provide both individual and small group therapy
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Adaptability to diverse student needs and school environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in multiple grade ranges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with school staff and families
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and ongoing communication with educators and parents
• Offer support and resources to teachers regarding communication strategies in the classroom
