This dynamic contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists with experience and passion for working with early childhood and school-age populations. The position focuses primarily on PreK through 12th grade students, with an emphasis on early intervention support.

As a full-time, onsite SLP, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and implement intervention plans that foster student success. This role requires up to 40 hours weekly within a school environment, ensuring the ability to deliver consistent, in-person therapeutic services. Candidates must be able to work onsite—remote or virtual (VOCO) placement is not available for these positions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working with PreK to 12th grade students (primarily Early Childhood)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for eligible students
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal student support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
