Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Minnesota or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Knowledge of best practices in school-based speech and language services
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
  • Experience with K-12 populations
  • Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students, consistent with individual education plans
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assist in determining eligibility for services
  • Develop targeted treatment plans and interventions based on assessment outcomes
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
