Speech and Language Pathologist in Baytown, TX

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available onsite to cover a K-2 caseload at an elementary school in Baytown, TX. This contract role is for the current school year (CSY) and offers the opportunity to work directly with young students in a focused educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in kindergarten through second grade.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication development.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress.
• Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC preferred).
• Eligibility or experience as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP is acceptable.
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite and manage a K-2 caseload effectively.
