Speech Language Pathologist in Baytown, TX

What we’re seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Collaborative approach for working with educators, families, and support personnel
• Dedication to fostering student progress through individualized plans

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, create and implement IEPs, and deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students with a range of speech and language needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by state and district guidelines
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams for integrated student support
• Offer counseling and training to staff and families as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
