What you bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Possession of SLP-CCC credentials (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience with school-aged populations, with strong understanding of IEP process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Initiative, adaptability, and compassion for diverse student needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals
  • Document progress, maintain records in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Educate and support school staff and families regarding student needs and progress
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and therapy best practices
