Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Texas
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver effective speech and language therapy, both one-on-one and in group settings
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation according to school and regulatory standards
  • Assist with IEP development and participate in meetings as needed
  • Adapt and tailor therapy activities to match each student’s unique needs
