In this role, you'll provide teletherapy and on-site speech-language pathology services, addressing a wide range of communication needs. The pay for this position ranges from $45 to $55 per hour, determined by your education and years of experience.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-CFY)
  • Background in school-based settings, pediatrics, teletherapy, or healthcare environments
  • Comfort with both preschool and elementary student populations
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to various service delivery models, including teletherapy

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement therapy for students with diverse speech and language challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in alignment with school requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for best student outcomes
  • Offer both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
