This contract opportunity focuses on providing comprehensive speech therapy services for preschool and elementary-aged students through onsite and teletherapy models. With both full-time and part-time options, you can find a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle while impacting young learners Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Enjoy competitive hourly compensation starting at $45 and up to $55 per hour, commensurate with your experience and education. Weekly pay ensures convenience and financial consistency as you work with a collaborative team.

Required Skills and Credentials:

  • Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous school-based SLP work (preschool and elementary)
  • Experience delivering virtual therapy sessions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions for students
  • Create and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed student progress records
  • Deliver therapy both in-person and via teletherapy when needed
