  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
  • Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Background in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using best practices
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and educators to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, share recommendations, and contribute to educational planning
  • Provide direct and consultative services within classroom or pull-out settings
