Experienced Speech-Language Pathologists with their CCC, Clinical Fellows, and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants who are passionate about pediatrics and innovative service delivery methods, such as teletherapy, are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLP roles); associate’s or bachelor’s for SLPA roles
- Active state license or eligibility to obtain for SLP and SLPA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed for qualified SLPs, but not required
- Experience in pediatric and/or school settings is highly valued
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and hybrid service delivery models
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes
- Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
- Utilize current technologies to enhance student access and engagement, including teletherapy
