Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (Clinical Fellowship Year considered)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), SLPA credential, or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience in pediatrics within healthcare or school settings
  • Strong teletherapy skills and comfort with technology for remote service
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to cultural responsiveness and supporting students of diverse backgrounds

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to K-12 students, both in-person and through teletherapy platforms
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document sessions, maintain compliance with state, district, and regulatory standards
  • Mentor support provided for clinical fellows and those seeking professional growth
  • Participate in professional development and ongoing training opportunities
