Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences (for SLPs)
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
  • Previous school-based experience highly valued, but not required
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
  • Experience or comfort with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students as specified in their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, share progress updates, and contribute expertise to benefit each child’s success
  • Adapt therapy approaches for both in-person and virtual settings as needed
