Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Bear, DE

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLP roles); associate’s or bachelor’s for SLPA roles
• Active state license or eligibility to obtain for SLP and SLPA
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed for qualified SLPs, but not required
• Experience in pediatric and/or school settings is highly valued
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and hybrid service delivery models
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes
• Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student goals
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
• Utilize current technologies to enhance student access and engagement, including teletherapy
