School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Beaumont, Texas

A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC) to support students in both elementary and high school settings. This contract role offers a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, with hours from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, allowing you to maintain a consistent routine while making a direct impact on students’ communication skills and confidence.

The ideal candidate will confidently address the communication needs of a diverse caseload, working closely with staff, students, and families to deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active SLP or SLP-CCC credentials
• Previous experience working in a school setting required
• Ability to manage elementary and high school caseloads
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting students’ academic and social achievements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in line with student IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to develop and implement effective intervention plans
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain timely and accurate records of student progress
