A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a school-based contract position in Forks, WA. This in-person role is designed for a dedicated professional passionate about supporting students’ communication needs throughout the full school year.

Location: Forks, Washington
Position Type: Full-time, Contract
Setting: School environment, in-person candidates only
Student Population: Primarily preschool and elementary students, with potential caseload including some middle and high school students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation aligned with school policies
  • Provide direct speech-language services to students across age groups as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Ability to effectively engage with preschool through high school students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to in-person work within the school setting
