Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Experience providing speech therapy in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct therapy services to individuals and small groups, both in-person and virtually as needed
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and legal guidelines
  • Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff regarding student needs and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions
