Your qualifications and background:

• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Active licensure to practice as an SLP
• Experience supporting students at the elementary and/or high school level in school settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Daily responsibilities include:

• Providing direct and indirect therapeutic services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conducting speech and language assessments, interpreting results, and sharing findings with educational teams and families
• Collaborating with classroom teachers and other school-based professionals to ensure continuum of care
• Contributing to the development and review of IEPs and progress reports
• Engaging with caregivers and teachers to provide strategies for student success
• Maintaining organized, accurate documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations
